MindSpring Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving mental health, emotional wellbeing, and community resilience across Sierra Leone and Virginia, USA.
Our mission is to provide accessible mental health care, promote community education, and empower individuals and families to heal, grow, and thrive—regardless of their financial or social background.
Our History
MindSpring Foundation was established with a simple but powerful purpose:
to make mental health support available and accessible to everyone.
The organization began its journey in response to the growing need for counseling, wellness programs, and community mental health services in underserved areas. Over the years, MindSpring has expanded its programs—from outpatient support and rehabilitation services to community outreach, youth empowerment, and education initiatives.
Today, we continue to grow as a trusted support system for individuals, families, and communities seeking compassionate mental health care.
